I'm back y'all ! 

So , Today I am gonna talk on the topic...:- 
F I T N E S S !!!
Being honest , fitness has nothing to do with me at all ! Even though I always decide to add FITNESS in my routine , I am always up a creek , without a paddle. 

You know what ? I hate such type of people who post videos with the title - Lose 10kg weight in one month ! 
Like just tell me how's that even possible? Not in this life bro ! 
And once , I was scrolling and searching about how could I lose 5 kg in 7 days? ( Lol to me ! )  Then I found a video in which it was written..let me share the screenshot only. 
This...!!!
Like...is it possible ??? 
Always there are three types of people while searching for such videos. Firstly those , who try it and see if it's effective or not , especially the first category...keeps the courage to do this daily but surrenders in a day or two only ! For example these type of people :-
I was like - Where is the 3rd day update ? 
And then realised , nah bro this is the first category. 
Secondly those , who try it and keep doing it and eventually lose their expected weight ! These people are also called legend. 
And last but not the least , our third category ! These are often called ultra pro max ! Their post is as high as the sky ! 💯✨ Basically these people do nothing but scrolling down the comments section !
I come under this category ! 🙋🏻‍♀️

Oh hello ? Don't judge a book by it's cover !
I also try to come under the second category people. But the highest I have reached till today is the first category only ! And I am proud of myself . At least I tried ! 🥲 But I do walk and do a little bit of aerobics. Not that much ! But yeah I do !

You know what ? I hate it when someone talks about my weight. Not bcz I am too skinny or too fat..but bcz when I was too skinny I was expected to get healthier ! When I gained a little bit of weight I am expected to lose my weight. 

But being honest , I don't care that much about what this society thinks ! 
What I believe is that , you should just love yourself the way you are. It's ok if you wanna change yourself to make yourself a better version of yourself. But only when you want to do it for yourself ! Not for anyone else ! Let them do whatever they wanna do and you do what you do ! 💯
If you are brown then be happy , if you are black then also be happy. If you are fat then be happy , if you are skinny them be happy too. If you are too tall to match other girls then be happy and if you are too short then be happy too...bcz long girls can't have those footwears that you can wear ! 😉 ( Personal experience ).
Listen , it doesn't matter what others think about you. It all depends on you ! On your mental strength ! Fight for yourself and be the real you ! ✨🌸
